Risk Management

Course Description

The Risk Management course is a one-credit course, that provides participants with a practical, and an applicable approach to risk management. Attendees will be shown tools for a best practice approach to risk management, provided information on how to best utilize these tools, and a step-by-step process of applying the six-step process to their organization, or specific role within the organization. At the end for the course, participants will have defined risk management for their role/organization, performed a light risk analysis within their domain, and will be equipped with the tools for further risk mitigation strategies.
