HPO- Giving the Customer Quality
Course Description
This 1 credit course provides tools understanding the elements of quality as perceived by the customer and the structures strategies and systems that achieve it. The course describes how higher performing businesses pursue quality to guide their success.
Student will need on-line computer access and ability to understand English. Student must complete the full video to receive credit. OHBA instructors are available by telephone at 503-378-9066 to answer student questions about the learning platform and the subject.
