Course Description
This online course provides an in depth review of several sections of the Oregon Residential Specialty Code. These sections include Chapter 11 Requirements for Energy Efficiency; Appendix F Radon Mitigation; and Section R703 Exterior Wall Envelope requirements. The course is based on details of the code, providing illustrations of compliant building methods and the reason for the code.
